Prodigy Realty

Great relator, was an easy experience and he got me a great deal. Also helped me out multiple times at his own expense. I really appreciate everything, thank you sir.

Joshua went above and beyond as an agent. It was times I had contacted him and wanted to throw in the towel but, he encouraged me and we got it done. He is very knowledgeable with his services and will not steer you wrong. He is diligent in returning calls and responding to text messages. He also, will contact you on the weekends to accommodate your schedule. I appreciate everything that he did to get me into my home!

Joshua was so helpful in our home purchase. He showed up to show us a home prior to us being ready to purchase. I never forgot his helpfulness and quick response. When I had a friend PCS to this area and ask for our agent's information, I didn't hesitate to provide Joshua's information. He reached out to me to thank me for the referral. He asked some questions to see if we were now in the market to purchase. I had him call me to provide as much information as possible. From that phone call until closing on our current house was approximately three months. He was always responsive and quick. We saw a few homes. He had one more idea. I went along to be polite and it turned out to be THE house. He has vision, determination, and the ability to see things in a different way. Even with any hiccups along the way, he had suggestions and business relationships to get us to the finish line. He never made us feel like an annoyance. We will forever be grateful that he showed up to show us that house so long ago!

My experience working with Shak was more successful. I had never purchased before and shak made sure my purchase was right for me. Shak didnt just look to sell me a home. He made sure all the criteria matched what I was looking for and beyond. The communication was spot on from the day we met until my closing. Every Bump in the road he would give me guidance on how to overcome it. I lost enthusiasm at one point being as though the position I was in but shak worked with me to make sure all my needs were met and that I was more than comfortable with my purchase. So to whomever takes the time to read this review I highly recommend shak. Prodigy realty has a great realtor, an honest realtor, and one who genuinely cares about the customers perspective and values more than anything.

Joshua was helpful with all of my real estate needs and the building of my townhome. I would highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I would definitely use him again for my real estate needs.
