I had been looking for a condo for over a year when Mike Magen literally found me. Somehow, Mike got my name and started sending me links to multiple available condos each day. I was working with another real estate agent who would send me one every few days. I quickly realized who was going to get me into my new home and immediately started working with Mike. He compiled lists of condos I liked, and drove me on weekends to look at them, sometimes up to five condos at a time. He listened, and targeted condos that fit my needs. It didn?t take long until I found the home I wanted. His support did not end there. While I was on a trip, he found contractors for me, was available for the home and termite inspections, and arranged with my lender to have a notary come to me while I was on vacation to sign the closing papers. Mike has made it clear that he will remain available to me if I need advice, contractors, or any other support. I completely enjoyed working with him. He made the job of finding a condo smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Mike Magen as a real estate agent who will be focused on helping his clients find a new home!
