Tiffany was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the area. The search proved problematic due to a GPS that just did not like going where we wanted to go! Thank you Tiffany for providing better directions! Thanks for making our house search meet our schedules and availability. We looked at many before we found the house that fit all our needs. Downsizing was not easy, but we are glad we did it. We really love our new property and are enjoying living in a new area.

She kept us updated and informed over this complicated process. Selling and buying a home was such an emotional experience for us too. She has a calming and helpful demeanor. Tiffany and her husband Tim are the best! I contacted them to sell my house approximately 10 months before I would be ready to sell. They came to my house to discuss what my intentions were and put together a great presentation for the sale. They sent out a photographer around September or October who took pictures of the house and property and also took a lot of drone photos that turned out great. Knowing I wasnt going to sell until spring time, we kept in contact but I was not pushed or rushed to sell. Around April the photographer came back and photographed the inside of the house. Again, great photos and he was very professional. In early May, I contacted Tiffany and Tim to put my house on the market. Tiffany put 117 photos on the listing and immediately she had showings most days of the week. She setup an open house and had a great response. One of the attendees ended up buying the house. Tiffany and Tim never rushed or pushed me to sell although the house was put under contract within 3 weeks. I cant say enough about both Tiffany and Tims professionalism and what a pleasure it was to work with them! So thankful for listing with them!

We had the pleasure of having Rebecca help us get our new home she was amazing very helpful very supportive and was right on top of everything she was with us through the whole entire thing always by our side and helping us get what we needed to be we are now in our forever home and we couldnt be more thankful to Rebecca!!
