We had a great experience working with Ann and the Pro-Gulf team on our recent home purchase in Cape Coral, FL. The last time we bought a home was 1999 and SO MUCH has changed. The search technology, the financing process, the valuation process, everything. Ann and her team guided us through all the details. I mean they made us a user guide! - We still use it even after the purchase. Our search took a little over 10 months and frankly Ann would have made us feel comfortable if it took 10 years. Ann is fully invested in the happiness of her customers. When we expressed an interest in looking outside of Anns territory, she made sure we had the best realtor there as well. But ultimately, we wound up back on Anns doorstep. For Ann, the customer is more important than the sale. The teamwork at Pro-Gulf is the best in the business too. Jeff and Lorrie did so much for us during the search process as well. Every request for a last-minute showing or my endless tweaks to the search criteria were always enthusiastically welcomed. We always felt like we had 3 realtors working for usaEUR? and today, you need 3 realtors working for you.
