Natalie really helped us within minutes of meeting us to work on a competitive bidding situation that had to be finalized within mere hours that even continued the next day with a second round. We lost out due to the highest price and conditions as buyers we were as comfortable as possible to bid. We had to travel back to our current home state and worked with Natalie remotely as she toured homes with us on video and phone. She then worked magic in a complicated, negotiation situation and we closed on an even better home at a great price about 3 weeks after losing the bidding war on the initial home.
