John was very helpful to me, he understood that I lived in my house for over 60 years, how much the house meant to me and my family. He took the time to explain the process if selling the house. He worked very hard to ensure open houses and showings of the house. John was honest and upfront with what I needed to do to prepare for the sale of the house. He was very approachable, if I called him I felt assured he would call me back. Selling a house can be hard for the seller, but John's guidance and support made the processes easier.
