We had a great experience working with Norman O'Grady to sell our mothers house in Brighton. From start to finish, Norman was incredibly attentive to our family's needs during a major transition. He went above and beyond, hosting numerous open houses and staying deeply committed to getting the property sold. Norman followed through on every single engagement and handled all the standard closing paperwork flawlessly. We were very pleased with his professionalism and highly recommend Norman to anyone buying or selling a home!

Norman has been working with my partner for many years and has helped him purchase several properties. This was my first time working with Norman, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about his clients. He was very involved throughout the entire process, always available to answer our questions, and made sure we felt heard and supported every step of the way. My partner and I had been searching for a home for a couple of years, and Norman was incredibly patient and understanding of what we were looking for. He never made us feel rushed and took the time to understand our needs and preferences. We finally found our home with his help, and we could not be happier! We truly appreciate all of Normans hard work, guidance, and patience throughout this process. Buying a home can be frustrating and emotional at times, but having someone as knowledgeable and supportive as Norman made such a difference. We highly recommend Norman to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Norman, for everything you did to help us find our home! J. Echavarria and C. Defay

We had a wonderful experience working with Norman OGrady to sell our property. Norman is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and responsive. At our first meeting, he had already done extensive research on the property, and his deep knowledge of the market helped us to find a buyer within days after a single showing. Norman guided us at every step, patiently answered our many questions, and connected us with tradespersons to make sure the property was ready to deliver at closing. We are so grateful that he was always available to us and worked so hard for us. We happily recommend him. - Nicolas Solban and Nancy Tam

Norman helped us to sell our long time two-unit rental, and referred us to an excellent local lawyer to represent us in the sale. He and his team worked well with us and our tenants to schedule showings with minimal disruptions.

Norman was fantastic to work with. After trying to find something unsuccessfully with other realtors in the past, Norman understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect home in about a month! He was efficient, easy to get in touch with, and almost always available to come view properties based on my own schedule. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!
