I came down from Texas on vacation and decided i wanted to move here. It was my first time getting a house; so she walked me through everything and ALWAYS answered my questions, which i had plenty of. I had no clue about anything; especially since how we get water,electric,heat differently in Texas. I had a two week cut off and we didn't make the cut only because i was getting outbid. I got to Texas but Gina kept going to showings for me. Sending recordings and showing every detail of houses for me. She always walked me through on what she thought i should do on my offers and what would help me the get the houses. Her patience was immaculate. She knew by then what i liked and what i didnt like. I placed an offer on the house i have now and didnt see it in person yet. When i finally made the move and finished the process. I finally got to see the house for myself. I was not disappointed at all. I am definitely happy with my home. Its perfect! Its exactly what i needed. My yard. My home size. The aesthetic is exactly what i was looking for. I could not be more grateful with how much she helped; even with helping me in understanding how the loan process worked. Step by step. Gina was absolutely amazing! 1000% recommend her.

Gina is amazing! Diligent, quick to respond and got things done, she made herself available to show us houses or scheduled another time that worked for about 6 months. To top it off she searched for my extremely specific requirements and would send me listings she thought met my high standards. Gina is the person you want on your team when you buy a house. She worked with us through all of the ups of new houses and downs of offers being declined. Gina was always pleasant, friendly and accomodating and provided advice and thoughts on what we as first time home buyers should do to get our offer accepted. Gina held our hand through all of the steps and kept me sane. She is a wealth of information and gave us so many contacts in the area for everything we need. Thank you Gina!
