I can't say enough about Jessica, she is definitely a people's person from the beginning she listened to what I expected and she never tried to control my thoughts of what I wanted but what she did was gave me some good suggestions this lady was so easy to work with never once trying to control what I wanted in the selling of my house and put my house on the market on the 1st of the month by the 20th of that same month we had a buyer and she was the best negotiator you could ever have but always looking to satisfy what I wanted not the buyer or the buyers realtor it was such an easy process to get through with her I would recommend her to anyone.

Jessica is an amazing human ,we lived in Rialto and she made our transition to Bakersfield amazing. She answers all questions,ask questions for you ,this is our first home and she made it so easy .We literally did not stress .We must have looked at at a dozen houses and she would honestly give us her honest opinion .She is a go to person.I would text her at random hours and she would respond .Thank you Jess.
