ZillowVERIFIEDAfter having less-than-ideal experiences with previous real estate agents, finding her truly felt like a blessing. From the very beginning, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and professionalism gave us confidence throughout the entire process. She was always responsive, patient, and willing to answer any questions we had. Most importantly, she consistently reassured us during stressful moments and made us feel supported every step of the way. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance and expertise and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and dedicated real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Bart did a fantastic job from our first appointment we made with him till the day our house sold . Bart has a tremendous amount of real estate knowledge, experience and trends. I was referred to Bart from my realtor in Los Angeles after I wasnt happy with my current representation , and was told he is the best in the area . After taking Barts advise on the steps necessary to sell my house , I had 4 offers in just 3 days . Bart and his team made sure all the documents an escrow went smoothly with no issues. I would highly recommend Bart in any real estate transactions whether buying or selling he is available to answer any questions and very easy to talk to.

ZillowVERIFIED Bart made the whole experience of selling our home so easy. Very straight forward and very easy to talk to. He was very responsive at any time with our questions and made us feel like we were his only clients. We met with Bart on Monday, he sent photographers on Wednesday, we hit the market Friday and accepted an offer on Monday. We have a realtor that we used many times and love her but to no fault of hers, was not available this time but she set the bar high and we were skeptical of having a new realtor but Bart really came through. Thank you for everything Bart.

ZillowVERIFIED To say Bart went above and beyond for us is an understatement. Our circumstances were a little different as we were buying another house out of town and there were 3 separate realtors involved but Bart answered every call and question to keep us informed throughout the process. By the time we were halfway through, it felt as if we were working with an old friend. We would highly recommend Bart Tipton to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Bakersfield. Thank you Bart!!

ZillowVERIFIED We had lined up several realtors to interview for the sale of our house. Bart showed up with a booklet of information that outlined the buying and selling process. The documents lined out all the questions that we had for selling our house. This was our first time selling and this answered all our questions. His information turned a very scary process effortless. One of our requirements in a realtor was to work with one person the entire time. He assured us that he would be there every step of the way and he was. As questions came up, we would send them his way and he would respond quickly. This never left us wondering for too long. He was very patient with us and no question was too out there for him to answer, even if he already answered it before. As the selling process worked through, he guided us through negotiating and came up with different ways to help get us the most money for our house. The process moved quickly with Bart. He took the stress off the whole process and made it feel effortless for us. He was able to get us everything that we were asking and more! Through this difficult process, Bart was professional, personable, and on top of every twist and turn that the selling process threw at us. He made the home selling process approachable and easy to digest. We 100 percent recommend Bart to sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very fortunate to have Bart Tipton as my realtor. He was professional and always responded my texts/calls very quickly. He sold my home in 40 days at the price that he promised at our first meeting. He also solved 2 problems for me. I think it was not an easy sale. But, Bart did it and did it well. His services were beyond my expectations. During the home sale, I was able to relocate to another city, go on a vacation, enjoy the summer break with my kid. He made the home selling process stress free and worry free for sellers. I was very glad he represented me. He helped me and my family a lot. I am very thankful for everything that Bart has done for selling our home. Thank you, Mr. Bart Tipton. You are awesome.

ZillowVERIFIED I have dealt with a few realtors in my life and Bart is hands down the best of the best. His style is very calm and collected but never misses a beat and never pushy. Best of all, he was able to show me several houses on and off of the market so that I had an advantage as a buyer. I will be contacting him for any future buying or selling needs and would recommend him to all of my colleagues, family, and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED She is such an amazing realtor. I have never seen such kind of passionate realtor before. Very humble, honest and aggressive with her work. She is not a sales woman. She is a matchmaker. She introduce people with homes until they fall in love with one . Listen to customer's needs very carefully and always ready to show them beautiful homes. She enjoy alot while doing her job. Give her a chance and I bet you that you will never be disappointed. I will recommend her if you are really in need of your dream home

ZillowVERIFIED In the current housing market, we were finding it impossible to buy any house at a reasonable price. Upon recommendation from a friend, we enlisted Bart to help us secure one. Within a week, he not only found us multiple options within minutes of them being listed as available, but his expeditious service helped us view, offer, and secure a winning respectable bid on it! With escrow now closed, we are very happy with our new home purchase. Thank you, Bart, for going above and beyond the call of duty to make this happen. 5of5 stars all the way! =)

ZillowVERIFIED Bart is very knowledgeable about and well connected in the Kern County real estate market. We were incredibly fortunate to have Bart assist us in the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. Bart uses his well-connected resources, effectively communicates to all parties, and is a great coach for negotiating offers. Besides his sharp professionalism and attention to detail, he brought personality, humor and friendliness to the selling and buying process. He was also very much in tune with what our priorities were when looking for our current home. He was instrumental in landing the home, which had multiple offers in this very competitive Bakersfield market. We are enormously thankful to Bart and highly recommend him as a Realtor for buying and selling properties.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking to be fully taken care of look no further! Our first time we met Bart was in 2018 when we were moving from Bakersfield to Valencia. He was absolutely amazing to work with and made sure our home sold quickly! Now, we are moving back to Bakersfield and I didn't even consider reaching out to anyone other then Bart. He showed us multiple listings on multiple dates until we found the perfect home for our family! Not pushy at all and always goes above and beyond making sure that our questions have always been answered along the way and made sure we were fully taken care of. All in all my family and I have purchased 4 homes in the last 6 years and if you are looking for someone that always shows professionalism, deals with the upmost integrity, is there for you all the way, and truly cares for your needs in selling or finding the perfect home, Bart is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED Bart and his team were great to work with and made the process as painless as possible. He came in and gave me a very accurate valuation of my home and had his photographer take some great photos. We were listed less than 2 weeks when we got an offer that worked for us. His team dealt with all the home inspections and requests for repair. He also helped us with the purchase of a lot that we are going to build on. I would highly recommend.
