Prestige Properties

Julie was an absolute rock star in helping me secure my dream co-op in the NJ Hudson County area after months of searching! Despite my pickiness and endless questions, she remained patient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Her deep understanding of the local market(which is scarce when it comes to co-op) and unwavering dedication turned a potentially stressful experience into a smooth and exciting one. I cant recommend Julie highly enoughaEUR"shes the best real estate agent in Hudson County!

Julie did an outstanding job assisting my roommate and I with our move to Hoboken. She was able to work with our extremely rigid schedules and find us a great place with exactly what we wanted. I was unable to view some of the apartments myself due to driving distance from Massachusetts, which she with no hesitation checked out for us and we trusted her fully. She is extremely personable, responsive, followed up after we moved in and truly felt like a friend that had our backs. Would highly recommend.

Nichole was absolutely amazing to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and truly cares about her clients. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, was always responsive, and went above and beyond every step of the way. I highly recommend Nichole to anyone looking for a fantastic realtor with Prestige Properties.

Julie truly worked hard to find me apartments. From suggesting areas to prices and range of apartments she was exceptional. I had a few changes in my preferences but she never got lazy to find me something. Recommended for your home search!

Julie was helpful in finding and scheduling different units for us to look at, and eventually lease! She knew the area well and did her best to work in our best interest and helped us find what we were looking for.
