Preslee Real Estate

Melissa was an incredible realtor. She was very responsive to every question I had, whether it was about the area I was looking at or about the house, she was very knowledgable. She was very patient in showing me the amount of houses I asked to see until I found the perfect one I was looking for. When I moved in, she made herself available in case I had any further questions about the area, such as places to eat, trails to run, and shops to check out. I would recommend Melissa to everyone moving to the area!

Melissa was the only agent I interviewed who listened to what I wanted/needed in a property. She was eager to set up showings over a very large area, was prompt in returning my calls, and provided information as needed. The entire process of buying my new home was easy, efficient, and expedited as I needed to move very quickly after the sale of my previous property. Loved working with Melissa@

Amanda was very professional and was always quick at corresponding!! We had our Airbnb on the market for 6 days and Amanda had it SOLD!!! Thank you so much Amanda we would definitely recommend you to others and you will always be aEURoeouraEUR? realtor!!!

Amanda and the whole Preslee realty team are absolutely amazing!! Amanda was with me every step of the way in selling my home in Massanutten! My husband and I also purchased in New Market from her and all of our questions and concerns were answered. Above and beyond all our expectations!

Agent Amanda was so enjoyable to work with and very responsive. Our agent in Florida referred us to Amanda and we are happy she did. We found our dream home in one weekend. Shout out to Jessica with the team for helping the process seamless.
