Presidio Real Estate

Brandy was truly a joy to work with she kept us involved from start to finish, answered any and all questions we had and made us feel secure in our purchase.

I cant thank you enough for the trust you placed in me to guide you through the purchase of your first home. I know you could have worked with anyone, and I'm truly honored you chose me. Being part of this milestone has been incredibly meaningful, and I'm grateful to have been alongside you every step of the way.

Brandy did a great job in helping us to find our new home. She was very patient with us and spent weeks going out to view different homes with us. She was good with our kids and good in dealing with seller realtors. She did a great job negotiating our offers. Top marks across the board.

Brandy is DARLING and so knowledgeable. She was cheerful, responsive, always ready to talk us through things. She gave us practical advice on how to sell quickly and we totally did. She even provided basic staging items for bedrooms! She really knew her stuff and the statistics helped us get a true idea of what to expect. So glad we chose her.

Brandy is amazing! She takes care of her clients. She managed our estate sale in a way that made us feel like it was hassle free. She has contacts and resources to handle anything that comes up from prepping the property and staging, marketing, managing repairs, etc. She is very efficient and professional. Paperwork was easy, great communication and updates, quick response time and she gets the job done! Highly recommend the Tilo Team!
