We were in search of our dream home and Christine and Tom Lipinski made it happen. We described what we wanted in a home and what area we wanted to live. That same day we received multiple listings of homes and found one we wanted to look at. That same evening they met us at the home for a tour, put in a offer and the following day had the offer approved. Through the whole process they kept us updated with inspections, appraisals, and answered any questions we had, quickly and promptly. Being a first time home buyer they had extreme patience with me due to the fact I had so many question because I didnt know what to expect and wanted things done quickly. I learned to relax, trust them and to understand that its a huge process that involves many different people. Christine and her husband are true professionals that ensure that you are a priority and know that buying a home is one of the biggest life decisions for anyone to make. The Lipinski name will always be recommended by my wife and myself to anyone wanting to buy/sell a home. Even if they retire, I would have complete confidence that their up and coming daughter would be just as professional. I cant say enough.
