Premiere Plus Realty (Stoutenburgh Group)

I have worked with many agents but no one was as good as Anthony! Our house was on the market for 7 months with another agent and only had 3 showings. We decided to hold off selling and a year later reach out to Anthony to list our house for sell. Anthony was so quick to get it listed and the very first day on the market he schedule numerous showings in one day and we had a full offer on day 1! He was super responsive and kept us updated during the whole process. We will definitely recommend him to everyone we know whose selling or wanting to buy. You will not be disappointed with him as your agent!

Melinda and Anthony were true life savers! My husband I and were looking for someone knowledgeable in SWFL for our business and our brand new home. They lead us to our dream home. True Professionals!

Anthony was superb!Anthony was the buyers agent and when he showed us the house, we liked him so much we hired him as a transactional broker. Truly a win-win for both parties. He went the extra mile and helped smooth some of the inevitable bumps in the purchasing process. He helped us secure the home of our dreams ---??????

Moving from Indiana to the Sunshine state, we were fortunate enough to meet Anthony at the first open house we stopped at. His genuine personality and honest approach sold us! Anthony was readily available to answer our many questions and to show us any property. Anthony shared a lot about the areas - he was much more than just the houses. He made purchasing our first Florida home stress free.

Melina and Anthony were referred to us by a close family friend. Our mother had passed away, and we were selling her home. They met us at the house within a few days of calling them. They brought a beautiful presentation with information on our mother's house, local comps, and market trends. Everything we needed to determine a selling price. They were always considerate and conscientious of the emotional situation. The house was promptly listed, and we received two full price offers within 15 days. If you are looking to buy or sell a home anywhere in the Fort Myers area, they are the realtors to call.
