We thoroughly researched real estate agents before choosing one, and therefore emailed a select few to interview. Josh stood out to us amongst the highest rated agents because he actively pursued our business. He wrote back almost immediately, and took the time to schedule a phone call. So we decided to try him. We are SO glad we did. We've used three agents over the years, and he is by far the very best one. He is chalk full of knowledge about the area, and he's ALWAYS working. We have access to him anytime we need it, and he's always there same day or the next to show us homes. He's made every bit of the process less stressful. He explains everything very thoroughly and in ways we understand. Overall, we are really comfortable with him as our agent and feel he has our best interest at heart. I feel that he'd always make sure his clients get a great deal because he really knows his business. Would recommend him to anyone.
