Todd did an amazing job showing us around. He gave us the pros and cons of each property. He negotiated well to get us a great deal. Even now that our deal has closed he still is available for questions and referrals to services. He introduced us to a fantastic handyman, and answers any questions I have in a timely manner even on Sundays.

Both Todd and Emily did an amazing job. There are two big ticket items that I want to point out: #1 - You get two people for the price of one. Two sets of eyes, two opinions on market analysis, two voices during negotiations, two phones to call and get a quick response, two reviews of the contract and two people working for you. I did not necessarily understand this at the beginning but learned it very quickly. #2 - These two are professional relators; not just people hoping to buy/sell a house. They spend all day, every day looking at the market, studying the sales and know everything that happens. After we listed with them, Todd explained the aggressive marketing he did on my house. It is not just as simple as putting it on the MLS (which is what most people do). Todd even marketed the house internationally. Ultimately, this marketing reached our buyers who were out of state (did not see it on MLS) and were interested so they flew in and purchased it. Todd and Emily were never quick to throw a contract my way, never demanded I sign something and answered many phone calls and questions before we ever discussed compensation. Lastly, I want to mention that Todd does a lot of things behind the scenes to sell your house. For example, he looked up sales in my neighborhood and cold called the agents to see what tips and tricks they used and their marketing strategy. He also called an agent who recently brought clients, and told them about my house. He generated three showings this way. This is the difference between a professional and an amateur.
