Darla worked hard finding the right house for my mother and handicapped brothers needs. Darla helped us purchase a house for my mother without her even being in this state. She gave us great advice through the entire process from start to finish. She stayed on top of everything and everybody to make it a seamless closing. Would definitely use her again when the need arises. She is an excellent realtor and we are so thankful we found her.

Darla went above and beyond to help us find our forever home. She was great in every aspect of buying our home. She provided books and treats for our daughter to help keep her occupied while we were looking for homes, was always on time, very friendly, could call her anytime with questions or concerns. I highly recommend her.

I cant say enough positive things about my experience working with Darla Cheski during my recent cross-state move from Boston to Fort Mill. From the moment I reached out to her, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail of the process was handled seamlessly. Darla is an absolute professional?attentive, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She kept me informed and updated throughout every step of the journey, ensuring I was always aware of where things stood and what needed to be done next. Moving from one state to another can be overwhelming, but Darla?s thoroughness and organizational skills made the entire experience feel effortless. What really stood out to me was her unwavering attention to the finer details, which were crucial for such a big move. Whether it was coordinating with various parties, offering insightful advice on the area, or simply being available to answer my questions at any time, Darlas dedication and commitment to her clients was evident in everything she did. Thanks to Darla, what could have been a stressful, complicated move turned out to be smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend Darla Cheski to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and incredibly skilled realtor. She truly made this life-changing transition much easier and more enjoyable!

Darla was truly a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism and honesty helped us make the best decisions for our future home! In this market it is important to work quick, but Darla made sure we never made a rash decision due to lack of inventory. We could not be more pleased with her!
