Cheena came to me because I wanted a second opinion from another real estate agent for the sale of my condo. I was impressed with her quick response to my request and also appreciated her honesty and knowledge of the total real estate market. As a result I chose her as our listing agent instead of the agent I had originally planned to use. She provided some excellent suggestions, that I?m sure, helped us with a quick sale of our condo. I can highly recommend Cheena to anyone listing their property.

Honestly, bad service. I inquired about a rental unit and she was non personable. She also stopped replying back to my inquiry, although I was looking to sign the same day. With that being said, just because of her personality even if she did reply back, I would not give her my business.

Cheena went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect place. She tirelessly scoured the listings for me and responded promptly and thoroughly to my myriad of questions. She even helped me find a mover and handyman once I signed the lease. She knows the Chicagoland market very well, and I would highly recommend using her whether your are considering buying, selling or renting. I will certainly use her again in the future.

We recently purchased our property in Chicago and we could not have asked for a better Realtor. We didn't have the easiest of closings with having to push closing date, changing lenders but Cheena and her team were patient and walked us through the difficult process. Closing on a house is a big ordeal in itself, but with the added issues, it was the worst case scenario for us with potentially not closing on our condo. Cheena was present not just for the real estate process but to provide her insights on the lending and closing process, provide her non-biased opinion, day or night. This was our first time working with Cheena but I would definitely recommend her to any buyers/sellers out there.

I couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent than Cheena. She is extremely experienced and knowledgable of just about every neighborhood in Chicago! She was always available and went above and beyond to help me find my perfect home. She would even go see listings for me when I was unavailable to make sure we didnt miss any great opportunities, which is how I eventually found my perfect home! She also works with an amazing team and offered great advice and referrals. All of the above made my first time home buying process go smoother than I even thought could be possible! I would highly recommend Cheena to anyone looking to buy or sell, you wont be disappointed.
