Premier Sothebys Int Realty Tampa Bay

Maria has been our realtor in several transactions. She is very knowledgeable, trustful, and always available. She has been very valuable for us, and helped us to negotiate. She is fair and very professional. I will recommend Maria and I will definitely use her again

I gave Maria a very short period of time to sell our home and she came through for us! She went to work right away and had two open house showings that provided us a serious buyer within just a few weeks period of time. This agent is a hard worker and is full of energy!

We are extremely satisfied with Maria Azuaje. Her commitment, expertise, and professionalism truly differentiate her from all others realtors we tried before. We were first home buyers, and new to the area. Maria guided us over the process and taught us a great amount of helpful tips. We look for homes intensively with Maria, and after visiting about twenty houses, she found aEURoethe oneaEUR? for us in South Tampa. The purchase of the first family home is such an important decision, I am very pleased we had Maria Azuaje as our real estate agent. Maria Azuaje always kept our best interest in mind, matching the properties to our requirements, instead of trying to influence our decision in any way. The whole process was really enjoyable, and when we had to take our two boys to a few home opens she was great. Thanks!

I am not the type of person who would write a review. I have worked with several realtors in the past 14 years, and Maria is by far the best realtor with whom I have had the pleasure to work. I am completely satisfied with Marias service. I did not know where to start looking for a place to live, but with only a short phone call where Maria asked me a few key questions, she had scheduled showings in the most appealing places for me by the next day. She followed up with me throughout the entire process. She is reliable, detail oriented, and honest. Nonetheless, the best of her skills is that she is sincerely working for her clients best interest. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home.

I had the pleasure to work with Maria while I was in Tampa Bay looking for an investment property. Her knowledges on the area and the buying process help us made the decision on what to buy very easy. She always listened to our needs and captured exactly what we were looking for. I will definitely recommend her and use her services again. Thanks so much Maria!
