Working with Josh was a fantastic experience, and we recommend him wholeheartedly. Our realtor in Chicago set the bar super high for our expectations. When we moved to Charlotte, we did not know the market at all, and wondered if we would find a comparable realtor. We inquired about a home on Zillow, and Josh called within minutes. He took amazing care of us from then and throughout our months-long search. He helped us learn the market and neighborhoods in Charlotte, and never pressured us to make an offer on a home that we didnt love or when we werent ready. He gave us enough space to move at a pace we were comfortable with, and at the same time always was available when we wanted to see a house or had questions. Ultimately, Josh helped us find a house UNDER our budget in a neighborhood we love and didnt think we could afford. His team (especially Justin) was super helpful in coordinating the closing process and went above and beyond the call of duty to answer questions, create personal connections, and offer vendor referrals. Through our time together we also learned that Josh is a caring, bighearted person. We love the fact that he donates part of his earnings to worthwhile charitable causes. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Josh and his team and definitely will refer our friends, work with him again for future property transactions, contribute to his charity, and enjoy getting together for a glass of wine.

Josh helped us purchase our dream hobby farm. Response Time: I was beyond shocked at the response time of both himself and the entire team he works with. He was more than patient with my hundreds of questions. I never went more than an hour (if that) without a question answered.... even if I asked at 10pm. Negotiations: Josh was also an expert when it came to negotiations and finding the right price to offer. We were able to get a smoking hot deal on our property all thanks to his research and efforts in negotiations.Local Knowledge: We drug him to the far ends of the earth to look at farms that were way out from the city (and far out of his 'normal' area). He definitely spent a ton of time becoming familiar with the areas that we were looking and was more than willing to partner with other agents to find us the right place and gain local insight. Overall we couldn't have been more happy with the whole process. We went from "just looking" to being in our dream home in less than 2 months. His team was able to also sell our house in record time with no bumps along the way. Can't say enough good things about Josh!
