Preferred Shore Real Estate

Grace was amazing in helping us with our search and purchase of our second home in Florida. We worked with Grace for a year. Her thorough knowledge of the Gulf Coast area was invaluable. She was professional, responsive, readily available, and patient with us through every step of our home-buying "journey." Grace's skills and experience really shone once we had an accepted offer. From that point up until the closing day, her support, advice, and communications with all parties involved, were exemplary. We would definitely work with Grace again!

Highly recommended. I can honestly say that Grace went above and beyond expectations for a realtor in regards to knowledge, patience, and even providing some much needed emotional support. She was a true advocate for us and at the end of our search I can honestly say that we are in the home of our dreams. Thank you so very much.

We couldnt have asked for a more knowledgeable agent. We were first time home sellers and we lived out of state. Grace walked us through the process, reassured us when needed. She responded immediately when questions arose and kept us informed of everything that was going on. She is an expert negotiator and we received the best sale price we could have hoped for. If you are in need of a agent wether you live in Florida or not give Grace Bonaccorso a call at Fine Properties you will not be disappointed.

Grace helped me with a smooth enjoyable first home buying process! I did not know much about the process but she walked me through step by step. My mortgage company took the entire extent or the 6 weeks despite me telling them from day one the only thing we were waiting on was them. Grace stayed patient and continued assisting me with the process to ensure things were done properly and efficiently.

House sold within the first 2 days at a price considerably higher than my expectations. Grace made many recommendations that proved to be cost effective and facilitated the rapid sale. Thanks, Grace
