Peter did an outstanding job helping us purchase a manufactured home. He was nearly always immediately available to answer questions, send documents, and touch base with us about progress in the closing. He helped us offer a fair price and negotiated agreements regarding inspections, etc. Peter is friendly and personable, and we really enjoyed working with him.
