I first contacted Sarah about looking for a house in the Orlando area in 2023. I told her then that I wasnt even sure if or when I would buy a house, but Sarah found me listings and treated me like I was buying a house that week, for the next 4 years. When it came time to finally buy, Sarahs help was invaluable. Throughout the entire process, from dreaming to closing, she was both professional and friendly. My wife and I l, as well as our daughter, feel like we not only had an extremely knowledgeable advisor, but we made a friend as well. We couldnt have made our dream of moving to Disney possible without her.

After such a positive experience working with Hayden to purchase my home, I knew who I wanted to work with when it came time to sell. Once again, his knowledge of the Central Florida market proved to be incredibly helpful. He was ahead of the market trends and developed a pricing strategy that helped me make a timely sale before things became much more difficult for sellers in my area. Looking back now, I appreciate his guidance even more. Hayden is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to his clients. I would absolutely recommend him for both buying and selling.

Alexa was amazing! She was very thoughtful, trustworthy, and well-prepared. We have looked at more than a few houses in the area, and showing/staging was honestly the best weve ever seen. 10/10

Courtney truly is one of the best realtors and people we have ever met! She helped our family sell a plot of land when we moved and she was efficient, honest and truly a pleasure to work with. She is so helpful and knows the Orlando area inside and out. Were so glad to have worked with Courtney!

We had an outstanding experience working with Jess Knowlton and the Pozek Group on our move to the Orlando area. From our very first conversations, what stood out about Jess was how well she listened. She took the time to understand not only what my wife and I wanted in a home, but also the lifestyle, location, accessibility, community, and long-term value considerations that mattered to us. She never made the process feel like simply checking boxes or showing us houses. When we came to Orlando, Jess put together a thoughtful, well-organized itinerary that allowed us to compare communities and locations without feeling rushed. As she learned more about what we responded to in person, she continually refined the search. Her knowledge of the Orlando market, particularly new construction and the Horizon West/West Orlando area, was extremely valuable. She was candid about what deserved a closer look and always made us feel that her goal was to help us make the right decision, not simply to get us to a closing. Once we found our Taylor Morrison home, Jess stayed on top of the details, communicated consistently, and helped coordinate the many moving pieces. Her experience with the builder was particularly helpful through inspections, financing, incentives, and closing. Just as importantly, Jess is genuinely enjoyable to work with, professional, responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. My wife and I always felt heard and well represented. We ultimately found a home and community that we are extremely happy with, and Jess played a major role in getting us there. We would recommend Jess and the Pozek Group without hesitation, particularly to anyone relocating to the Orlando area from out of state. Thank you, Jess, for helping make a major life transition such a positive experience.
