PowerHouse Realty Group of RLAH

My husband and I used Jack as both our seller's and buyer's agent. Both Jack and Jim Downing (a licensed agent who helped with paperwork and logistics) were great to work with. What sets Jack apart from other agents is his responsiveness, honesty, attention to detail, construction background, and excellent contractor recommendations. As a buyer's agent, he earned our trust by sharing his personal thoughts on the home's pricing and by telling us in detail what was great about the home and what we should expect to renovate. His construction background was a huge asset aEUR" we learned a lot about what it takes to maintain a home and what to factor in when pricing an offer for a home. He provided a lot of data to keep us informed which was huge in helping us win the home in a multi offer situation (17 offers). After buying the home, Jack and Jim also provided us an excellent list of action items so that moving in would be smooth (reminders on contacting utilities, and etc). As a seller's agent, his contractor recommendations let us prep our condo for market in just 3 weeks. Work was done promptly without churn. We also relied on Jack's extensive market knowledge to know when to list, how much to list for, and how to take advantage of timing aEUR" we got an offer within 1.5 weeks of listing and he helped us negotiate the offer successfully as well. The whole process, from prepping the home to closing the sale, took just 1.5 months.

Jack was wonderful to work with! He is very knowledgeable, transparent, and kept me informed throughout the process. He is very familiar with the local area and truly wants the best outcome for his clients. Jack has integrity, is trustworthy, and highly competent. I highly recommend Jack Wang!

Jack provided us with consistent, enthusiastic, and professional service throughout our time working with him. With his assistance, we got a quick offer, above asking price and he continued to provide a high level of customer focused attention throughout the process. We would highly recommend Jack in the Montgomery County area.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jack Wang to purchase my home. Jack truly stands out because of his extensive construction background, which gives him a level of knowledge about home builds that most agents simply dont have. During our walkthroughs, he was incredibly thorough, pointing out structural details and potential issues that I never would have noticed on my own. Throughout the entire process, Jack was the definition of professionalaEUR"friendly, honest, and consistently responsive to every question I had. He made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. If youre looking for a realtor in the DMV area I cannot recommend Jack highly enough!

Jack always shares all the details and checks the condition very carefully and patiently. He helped us communicate and negotiate with the seller and seller's agent, and helped us get a really great deal. We are first-time buyers and had a ton of questions, but he answered every single one of them. The entire home-buying process is very smooth with Jack and his team's help. Highly recommend!
