Carol is awesome. Highly recommend. We recently purchased our new home through Carol. She really knows the local market of Los Altos/Palo Alto/Waverley Park, and she has great relationship with other agents in the area. She is very professional, always patient. The purchase process was very smooth, stressful-less. She and Scott helped us a lot on fix-ups and remodeling after we purchased the home too including connecting us to contractors, helping us on appointments when we were travelling, and provided us good tips on our rental property.

My first connection with Carol and David was in 2016 summer, when I was looking for a rental in Los Altos area and David showed me a place. Although at that time I ended up living in a different location, I was very impressed by David's knowledge on local area, responsiveness even for a customer looking for a limited period rental, and carefulness for people new to this area. Having that in mind, when I began to look for a house in Los Altos school district zone, I contacted David right away and began to work with Carol and David to buy a house. One thing I would really like to emphasize is the level of carefulness Carol and David showed us, which was consistent throughout our journey and what I think is the most important aspect of an agent. We were new to this area so had to setup multiple discussion sessions to understand Los Altos and the market trend. Carol and David were very flexible and didnt hesitate to listen to our questions even during weekends. Also they were very eager to understand our taste and needs so that our expectation is aligned, which shows how much they are focused on their customers. After all that, we began to bid for houses, where it took us 10 months to buy our house. Looking back, the insight Carol and David provided for each house and expectation of bidding results were very much aligned to final results. But even with this level of insight and knowledge, Carol and David never pushed us on any of the bids and their top priority was to make sure we are comfortable. I really appreciate the level of knowledge and customer focused mindset Carol and David has provided.

From the time I met Carol at an open house, I knew she was the agent for me. She really listened to my wants and needs. She asked all the right questions and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Her attention to detail and professionalism sold me. The sale of my original home in San Jose was more complicated. In fact, it was quite a chore; thirty-six years of 'life' - household furnishings, personal items and many boxes of books, records, business papers, etc. It was quite overwhelming and her assistance in coordinating/organizing these items made it a much easier transition to my new home. I was able to purchase the condo before it went on the market, and am so happy living in my new home

This woman is a DYNAMO! Together with her husband, David, Carol was more hands on than any realtor I have ever worked with! I've been around a long time in the Bay area and cannot express enough how pleased I was with the professionalism, business knowledge, unending energy, decorating talent and handling of all contractors & workers from "soup to nuts" and then some! It was TRULY impressive witnessing this team in action ... fabulous!

Carol was kind and helpful. And she steered us away from many pitfalls such as making bad negotiation moves and choosing correct wood flooring. She also spruced up our home something insane - did the flooring, paint, cabinets, bathroom, a near semi total makeover. She got us top dollar for our sale $383,000. I would highly recommend Carol and her team.
