We worked with Lori and Lymburner Realty from April 2018 to July 2018 to find a home in the Fairbanks area. It was a wonderful experience dealing with Lori. Initially contacted over the internet prior to our move to the area, Lori began the relationship by giving us information immediately. Upon our arrival, Lori spent countless hours with us showing many properties in the area and educating us as to the specifics of the market and the homes themselves. She was very patient and always very accomodating, looking out for our interests at all times. Even after making several offers that fell through for one reason or another, Lori kept pursuing the market, identifying properties and eventually finding us one we were happy with. After finding the property, Lori was instrumental in our negotiations, guiding us on area pricing and items to consider in inspections, such as permafrost, wells and heating systems unique to this area. She was also very active in protecting our interests in dealing with her counterpart, who was a realtor selling his own property. Once in the property, she was proactive in helping us find trustworthy repair people to handle items in the home that needed to be addressed, even going so far to repair items that were actually the seller's responsibility. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Lori. She was wonderful from start to finish. If you are looking to buy or sell property in the area, we can't think of anyone more competent or trustworthy to trust with your transaction. We would highly recommend her.
