ZillowVERIFIED Angela worked with me for a couple months until I found the perfect place. She had knowledge of where all of the major places of interest were for me. She gave me insight on the area and how things have grown over the years. The communication and responsiveness was unbelievable. She was great with negotiations when I bought my house and knew what to look for. I have never worked with a better agent in all of my years.

She is very helpful through the whole home buying process and if she doesn't know an answer she will figure it out as soon as possible. Overall a great experience definitely recommend for anyone and would definitely use her in the future

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Lori and Lymburner Realty from April 2018 to July 2018 to find a home in the Fairbanks area. It was a wonderful experience dealing with Lori. Initially contacted over the internet prior to our move to the area, Lori began the relationship by giving us information immediately. Upon our arrival, Lori spent countless hours with us showing many properties in the area and educating us as to the specifics of the market and the homes themselves. She was very patient and always very accomodating, looking out for our interests at all times. Even after making several offers that fell through for one reason or another, Lori kept pursuing the market, identifying properties and eventually finding us one we were happy with. After finding the property, Lori was instrumental in our negotiations, guiding us on area pricing and items to consider in inspections, such as permafrost, wells and heating systems unique to this area. She was also very active in protecting our interests in dealing with her counterpart, who was a realtor selling his own property. Once in the property, she was proactive in helping us find trustworthy repair people to handle items in the home that needed to be addressed, even going so far to repair items that were actually the seller's responsibility. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Lori. She was wonderful from start to finish. If you are looking to buy or sell property in the area, we can't think of anyone more competent or trustworthy to trust with your transaction. We would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED After using another realtor for a few months I messaged Jerry on a listing. He responded instantly. He was busy at the time and said he would have another agent reach out to me. He had Eric get in touch with me within a short time and start our search. Eric was extremely prompt and helpful during our search and it continued through closing on our house. Eric doesn't mess around, which is what we liked! We are both extremely pleased with the service we received from Eric Tupper and Powered by Lymburner Realty, we can't recommend them enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend the office of Jerry Lymburner and his associates to anyone that is in need of buying or selling property or a house. Mr Mike Garza handled the sell of my house and property in an excellent, friendly manner. Mike went above and beyond anything that I would expect a realtor to do of selling in a timely matter. He's also a new friend . Everyone in the office is very friendly and such a pleasure to work

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry is fantastic to work with! Could not say enough positive things about him, he has sold our previous two homes and been our realtor in the purchase of our last two homes. He made our transition from Fairbanks to Anchorage seamless. Jerry is easy to talk to, he always responds to questions quickly, and helps remind you of any upcoming deadlines. We wouldn't recommend anyone else to our friends or family.

They moved things along very swift and smooth answering all my questions very well, I had many as this was my first property purchase. They contacted me often in order to inform me of the progress and it all went quite well. Courteous and efficient.

ZillowVERIFIED Top notch buying and property management experience! Working with Jerry was not your typical realtor experience. He took our needs into consideration and tailored our experience and property exposure during the buying process to our needs. If there were any problems or anomalies, he would do everything he could to take care of it while keeping us in the loop about what was going on. My family never felt taken advantage of or pressured to do anything. He gave his honest opinion and made sure we were getting what we wanted when buying, and thoroughly screened tenants to make renting out our property painless. Our family will definitely be using Powered By Lymburner Realty again for our future real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry helped us both buy and sell a home. It was a little overwhelming at times, negotiating two deals that needed to close concurrently but he did a great job staying calm and helping walk us through our little freak outs during the process. He even brought us a housewarming basket after we got settled in our new place, which I felt was a nice, personal touch.

ZillowVERIFIED Jerry helped us all the way from Oklahoma to find a home! He took me on a one day tour of all the houses I wanted to look at! We love our house! Only thing I would suggest to have is an information sheet for the buyer on Alaskan homes! Especially first time Alaskans! The family we bought the house from left us one and it has helped me out tremendously!! Thank you again!

ZillowVERIFIED From day one showing me the house, Jerry was awesome. He explained everything in detail and described the whole buying process for me, since it was my first time buying. I had to leave town for a month on business and he emailed me every document and had the electronic system setup for me to sign everything miles away. Even after the closing and signing, he still dropped by and left us a Christmas tree ornament saying "Our First Home". It was the best experience of buying my first home and hope later experiences will live up to the par that Jerry and his team set. I will be going through Jerry to either rent or sell when that time comes. Thanks Jerry!!

ZillowVERIFIED The only reason Jerry got a 4/5 on the process is because we were the first clients of his to have a remodel included in the sale of the house and he was not sure on the process. He learned fast and helped immensely. He would get a 6/5 for responsiveness, it's like his phone is always on his hand when you're not around. Very knowledgable on the area and what to look for and what to avoid. Also very personable and a funny guy. Would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED This was the First time I had used Jerry. He was very upfront with everything and was always willing to answer my questions. He backed me up and was always there to provide good advice through my entire experience. He was always very proffesional and ensured that my house was advertised in a very positive manner. One example of his hard work was when the issue of some extra work came up in the contract. He did all the foot work to get the quotes. The whole sale process went through without a single hiccup and all under 30 days! I couldnt be happier with the whole experience. After closing, he asked me if there was anything he could have done better. My response was, "honestly....no."

ZillowVERIFIED After doing extensive research to find a realtor that could meet my needs and work with my busy schedule, Jerry Lymburner's name kept coming up.I contacted Jerry and he begun work right away around my schedule and wrote our offer late into the night.I found Jerry to be very outgoing and excited to work with us at hours that are not convenient to most.. Jerry had a wealth of knowledge about local Area, and was able to provide sound advice as to what homes would protect our investment the most do to the local real estate demands of the area. Jerry worked hard to negotiate us a great price and make us aware of benificial programs that were available..Buying or selling I'm going with the agent that is working the hardest , that's why I'm using Jerry Lymburner.
