Keith was always honest and never oversold the interest to us, but made sure to follow up with all opportunities. When we got an offer on the table, Keith was great at helping us negotiate, and get the best price possible for our home and the market. Keith's support continued through a complex, difficult, and stressful delayed closing due to the inability to fund by the buyers. Keith was very knowledgible, but also honest when he didn't know an answer. What I appreciated the most about this honesty was the follow through, if Keith didn't know an answer, he knew it the next day, we never fell through the cracks. Keith is devoted to his craft and attentive to his client. Keith is very knowledgeable about housing the market. I respected the fact that he really listened to all my questions and did not push things we discussed everything. He was also helpful informing me in things other realtors did not. My selling experience was very pleasant and happened fast which was great.
