The selling of my home after 26 years was a very daunting challenge. A challenge that was beautifully handled by Rachel Smith of Dream Dwelling. From first arrangements (Dec, 2025) to final sale (April 2026) with several projects of total updating that Rachel project managed & helped overall design- complete house re-flooring, painting, all interiors, exterior cleanings. Rachel was my constant support and comfort. The most lovely, efficient, kind, knowledgeable realtor I've ever worked with.

Rachel is astonishingly good at their job and fun to work with, to boot! We had multiple difficult things going on in our lives at the time, and Rachel helped us close on our dream home quickly and easily. I really appreciated that they never even suggested we go over our budget. Rachel's communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are top notch. Their guidance in helping us navigate the whole buying process as first-time buyers was invaluable. We simply couldn't have done this without them. If you want your home buying experience to be as stress-free as possible with incredible results, I highly recommend you work with Rachel.

Rachel represented me in the purchase of a home in East Vancouver. This was quite honestly the easiest and smoothest home buying experience I have ever had. I was unsure of making the purchase during this political climate, but Rachel said it best, "you're buying the house but dating the rate." I thought that was such a good way of putting it. Rachel also understood my style and preferences and found the perfect home for me! They're great at what they do and couldn't recommend more highly.
