In a nutshell, Jessica is amazing to work with. She follows a perfect formula of hungry, humble, and smart; educating her clients while navigating them through difficult decisions. Her communication and knowledge of the industry gave us great confidence in the selling process. Shes incredibly hands-on and helped us with everything from listing to staging, repairs and coordinating photos to bring out the best in the home we were selling. During our open house, our block was LINED with cars! When out of town during the showings our neighbors reported that they had never seen a turnout like that for a home in the neighborhood - we were selling a modest single-story ranch-style house in Beaverton. Jessica also had recommendations for trusted professionals that really helped get our house market-ready in a short window before a cross country move. When it came down to making a decision she offered guidance where needed so we could boil it all down and make the best decisions based on our criteria. When I see people go with FSBO, I dont think they fully understand what goes into the almost 24/7 commitment that a good realtor makes. She brought so much value to the table, and I believe we made more on the house than we ever could have w/o her help. She was an advocate and someone that really looked out for our best interests.
