Katie is AMAZING!! As first time home buyers, the process was incredibly intimating, but Katie was by our side the whole time. She put up with multiple weekends packed full of showings and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. Once we knew what we wanted, Katie found us the perfect place. It was a house that we hadnt even seen in our searches, but she saw it on another showing and called us that day to look at it. Turns out, she was right, and it was the PERFECT house! Katie went above and beyond throughout the process and was so patient and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend working with her!

Katie was my realtor when I purchased a home and when selling my home. First, she is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced with buying and selling in the area. She knows how to navigate a tricky market and works very hard to complete the sale. I bought a home in 2021 in a very competitive market and sold my home in 2025 when things slowed way down. Both times I was able to close quickly despite the challenges of the housing market. A huge thanks to Katie for making it all happen. I have nothing but great things to say and will always recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! She made the entire process feel seamless and was there to guide me every step of the way. The North Park Hill home I ultimately purchased wasn't even on our list to see. We happened to drive by it, thought it looked like exactly what I had been searching for, and she immediately took the initiative to see if it was available. That simple question led me to the perfect home in Park HillaEUR"it had everything I wanted and more. Her willingness to think outside the box made all the difference. She was always responsive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She also had an amazing network of trusted professionalsaEUR"from lenders and inspectors to contractorsaEUR"which made my first-time homebuying experience so much easier and ensured I had the best resources every step of the way. Her knowledge of the Denver metro area was invaluable, and I truly don't think I would have found my dream home without her. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares, goes above and beyond, and will advocate for you throughout the entire process, I can't recommend her enough!

I worked with Katie K. Portenga as my buying agent and was impressed by her deep knowledge of luxury real estate, her reliability, and her connections in the area. She knows who you should talk to and has longstanding connections that enabled us to close the deal when we ended up in a multiple offer situation. HIRE HER FOR THIS ALONE. The whole process was efficient and stress-free thanks to her professionalism and her recommended lender who we used. Katie was also just super fun to talk to and see homes with. I highly recommend to anyone.
