Brooke was my wife and Is first and only choice when we decided that we were ready to purchase a new home. Her reputation far proceeded her and it became obvious why: She is personable and amicable and turns a potentially daunting process into a fun adventure! Her intimate knowledge of our local real estate market, and for homes in general, made us feel relaxed and confident as we started looking at houses. She was candid when we needed her to be, yet she also wasnt afraid to indulge our excitement and get imaginative with us as we talked about the potential in the homes we viewed; we could tell that she was as vested in our future home as we were. During the entire process- from the first meeting, to showings through closing, Brooke was responsive and helpful, no matter the hour or mode of communication. She was quick to answer the questions that we had or find the answers she didnt know. She was a solid representative of our interests, yet also kept us informed of the etiquette involved in home buying when we needed it. All in all, Brooke made our home buying process a breeze and a fun experience. Shes been realtor of the year in our area several times for a reason. My wife and I could not recommend her more highly!
