Porch Property Group

Josh had sold already one house on the same street. We have our house listed for sale for so long, we get tired of the sale process. Josh come by the home one day and show me and my wife they way he does his business, so we let him list it. This man knows what he is doing! We had our house listed for almost 2 years with other agents and with Josh, this guy listed and sell it in not even 2 months! Muy bien Josh! We will use Josh again many more times for more deals for sure!

From the first phone call, Josh's authenticity and transparency really stood out. I listed with him and throughout the entire process, Josh went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met swiftly and thoroughly, with my best interest in mind. Working with him truly felt like a partnership, rather than a mere transaction. He definitely works hard for success, and anyone needing a realtor would be lucky to have him. Highly recommend - Thanks, Josh!

This is the second property that Josh has helped me sell. Both transactions were very smooth, stress-free and no matter when I called or what it was about he always was available for any questions or concerns. I would recommend Josh to anyone considering buying or selling real estate.
