I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Leslie Poole and her team. After two cancelled contracts, I began my search for another realtor online. After a few hours of research, I settled on Leslie because she does real estate full-time, has a team to assist, and gets positive reviews (like this one.) After signing the contract, Leslie had the most professional photos of the house done I've ever seen including drone photos overhead. Check out the listing at 930 Santa Brigida Ct, Punta Gorda, FL 33950.Soon after, we worked together to accept the highest offer that had the best chance of closing. After that, Leslie and her team managed the meticulous process of tying everything up and getting it closed (through a hurricane no less.) From start to finish -- less than 3 months -- not bad! Leslie and her team are Real Estate Rockstars that I highly recommend.
