BUYER BEWARE !!! I contacted this agent through Zillow inquiry email on March 2016, a few weeks later, her assistant emailed me and asked that IF I was interested to call the agent. Two weeks later I inquired again, and again her assistant answered my question and told me again to contact Kellie... Really? Why would I have to call the agent?? That is what SHE get's paid for... I want to work for an agent that does not think serving her clients means throwing a sign up on the property, and waiting for someone to shove money in her hand... THIS was her reply to me... "Most serious buyers pick up the phone and call me.I receive on average 100+ emails a day, quite contrary to your believe, we are quite busy in here in Live Oak. I bend over backwards for my customers and you would know that I work 10-12 hours a day, 6-7 days a week to try and keep up with everything and everyone. Do yourself a favor and don't call, inquire or email Kellie, she is way too busy to worry about you... Call someone that is not so successful, that understands , that in order to be paid, you need to WORK.
