Kellie is a top notch realtor. We researched realtors to handle the sale of a very unique property and within minutes of signing a listing agreement she had a sign posted and pictures were taken and posted within a day. The pictures were perfect and within weeks we had two valid contracts and were able to use one as a back up. There were very limited time periods placed on the Buyers for inspections and loan approval and Kellie stayed on top of them and enforced them. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kellie. I had an awesome experience with Poole realty, Kellie kept me up to date with what was going on. Kellie wrote a mind blowing listing for the land I was selling, everything went smoothly and quickly. Talk about a TOP NOTCH realtor Kellie Shirah!! She is the most honest realtor i have ever worked with. During every step (and even during my meltdowns :) she was right there holding my hand helping with every little thing. The professionalism of Kellie and her entire staff are the best, no matter how small or how big any problem that popped up there she was there with a smile on her face, a hug if you needed it and the reassurance that everything was going to work out just fine.
