We researched realtors to handle the sale of a very unique property and within minutes of signing a listing agreement she had a sign posted and pictures were taken and posted within a day. The pictures were perfect and within weeks we had two valid contracts and were able to use one as a back up. There were very limited time periods placed on the Buyers for inspections and loan approval and Kellie stayed on top of them and enforced them. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kellie. Kellie advised us to go with a local lender due to the complication of the sale having 2 homes on it. 1 older, 1 newer. Well, we decided to use our national bank, having been with them for over 30 years. After 2 months of pulling our hair out for the national bank, we decided to go with the local lender. Kellie, was so patient and very professional. Her and her assistant Brenda, were on top of it every step of the way. Two weeks later I inquired again, and again her assistant answered my question and told me again to contact Kellie... Really? Why would I have to call the agent?? That is what SHE get's paid for... I want to work for an agent that does not think serving her clients means throwing a sign up on the property, and waiting for someone to shove money in her hand... THIS was her reply to me... "Most serious buyers pick up the phone and call me.I receive on average 100+ emails a day, quite contrary to your believe, we are quite busy in here in Live Oak. I bend over backwards for my customers and you would know that I work 10-12 hours a day, 6-7 days a week to try and keep up with everything and everyone. Do yourself a favor and don't call, inquire or email Kellie, she is way too busy to worry about you...
