Ponce Realty Group - Greenville

In a lifetime we have bought and sold multiple times. Realtors come and go,, without any particular reason to recall who they were, but,The day we met Charlie, we met family! Charlie's energy, knowledge, consistency and dedication found my mom her new home!! His guidance and patience carried us through the entire process with only positive vibes and an absolute wonderful outcome!! It was Charlie that made sure we had all information including hair and nail salons in this new area!! Anything we wanted, Charlie had our answers!! Including this cool app to find paint color! If you want someone dedicated to you and willing to go every step in complete detail and 100% communication, get Charlie!!!!

Charlie was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable on what we should do to list our home. Following his recommendations we were able to sell quick and get a contract!

I bought my first home from Charlie and he made the entire process from start to finish as easy as possible. He found my perfect home and answered any questions or concerns i had a long the way. Not only that hes still available months after the purchase for any help you need. I would highly recommend him to anyone !

Buying a home half way across the country is difficult but Charlie stuck with us!! !He was easy to work with and knowledgeable of the area. Definitely recommend him as a realtor !

Charlie is truly AMAZING! He goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable throughout the entire process. Hes so genuine and has great energy. I can honestly say that he helped reduce my anxiety when we bought our home. Charlie will definitely be our go to realtor! Highly Recommend!
