Five stars is not enough. The experience of working with Vanessa Pollock and her team was exceptional. From start to finish, the team led me through the home sale (and home buying) process with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. If I had a question, it was answered right away. If I needed a recommendation, I had it in minutes. Selling my home of 21 years seemed like a daunting task, but by engaging fully in the P7 process, it was smooth, excellently executed and, dare I say, pleasant. Vanessa was respectful of my relationships in my community, and keenly aware of the stress and emotions that can come with selling a house. In addition to working with PPG as a seller, I worked with Vanessa on the purchase of my new house. Because of Vanessas reputation, we were able to have access to a private sale of a home that would not have been on the radar of many other agents. Vanessa, Alex, Kitty, Heather and Perri made me feel like I was PPGs only client. The entire team is worthy of this review and I only wish more people worked as hard and had as high standards as the team at PPG.

My husband and I worked with Kevin Kern earlier this year to purchase our first home. We are expecting a baby girl in November, so we wanted to make sure we were in our new home before she arrives, but didnt want to feel rushed to buy a home we didnt love. Kevin was so patient with us - going to open houses (and sometimes returning for a second showing), placing multiple offers, and answering our questions (about the process and considerations about specific properties). He also moved quickly and was extremely responsive once we expressed interest in putting in an offer, so we could stand the best chance of getting it, while still not rushing us to make any decisions. We cant imagine going through the home-buying process without him - he was always available from the initial searching through to the end of the inspection/closing process. We have been in our home for a couple of months now and are so grateful to Kevin for helping us to make it happen. Thank you Kevin!!
