When we sold our home the first time we had a market that was down and there was not the mass of buyers out there that were qualified for a conventional mortgage. So Greg worked us through the land contract option with great ease. Very knowledgeable on all levels and if he did not have an answer he was quick to research and come back to us with a complete and accurate answer. The second time we sold our home it was more of a sellers market so the odds were more in our favor. However, Greg is the most on top of everything agent I have worked with. Our first agent seemed to treat her business as a part time affair. Hence the fact that we found Greg and was thrilled to work with him as he sold our house the first time and did not even consider another realtor when we had to list the house and sell it a second time. In summary if you would like an agent that is full time - nights, weekends, normal business hours Greg is your agent. Also, if you need a sounding board to run ideas past, Greg listens and will give you honest feedback. He will tell you what works in his experience, but if you have ideas he will put your ideas forth and run with them if that is what is important to you. You will not go wrong by choosing Greg as your buying or selling agent.
