If any of you have sold a home, you know how difficult that can be emotionally, not to mention if it's your first time, all the unknown factors. Greg was a calming force and made it much more bearable. He is not pretentious and doesn't talk down to you. My husband liked him and he hardly likes anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for honest expertise, then Greg Gray is the realtor you want to go with 100%!!! His knowledge is incomparable when it comes to anything realty related; and if it is something new to him, you better believe he does the research. He wants to know and he wants to be able to give you the truth; he won't just make anything up like realtors I have dealt with in the past just trying to pass you through. There was a house I had my head in the clouds for and he brought me back down to reality, thank goodness. You will make your own decision, but Greg will make sure you are fully aware and understand all of the facts. Once you have made your decision, then you get to see his negotiating skills at work, which are beyond exceptional. He doesn't want to see you waste your money. So if you want to rush into a bad decision, don't even bother calling Greg, that is not his style. If you want to find a home that is a true investment, or you are looking to sell and get the most from your investment, you do not need anyone else's number. Out of the dozen realtors I've worked with in three different states, Greg Gray is seriously the best realtor I have ever worked with. If he is your realtor, you automatically by default, have an advantage; don't deny yourself that.

He always responded to my phone calls/texts promptly. He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire process of buying and selling a home. He always took the time to answer my questions (and I had lots of them!). Also, I truly believe that if it weren't for Greg I would not be in the awesome house I'm living in now. Greg was able to work his realtor magic and got a showing scheduled on a Sunday afternoon with about two hours notice. ZillowVERIFIED When we sold our home the first time we had a market that was down and there was not the mass of buyers out there that were qualified for a conventional mortgage. So Greg worked us through the land contract option with great ease. Very knowledgeable on all levels and if he did not have an answer he was quick to research and come back to us with a complete and accurate answer. The second time we sold our home it was more of a sellers market so the odds were more in our favor. However, Greg is the most on top of everything agent I have worked with. Our first agent seemed to treat her business as a part time affair. Hence the fact that we found Greg and was thrilled to work with him as he sold our house the first time and did not even consider another realtor when we had to list the house and sell it a second time. In summary if you would like an agent that is full time - nights, weekends, normal business hours Greg is your agent. Also, if you need a sounding board to run ideas past, Greg listens and will give you honest feedback. He will tell you what works in his experience, but if you have ideas he will put your ideas forth and run with them if that is what is important to you. You will not go wrong by choosing Greg as your buying or selling agent.
