Pocono Mountain Lakes Realty

Shorena was awesome. She handled all aspects of the transaction for me from the initial contact, screening, through final execution. She made the process very easy for me. Highly recommend !

Shorena helped me buy my first home in Pocono Pines, and I truly believe the deal would not have happened without her. The market was extremely competitive, but she stayed proactive, followed through on every detail, and kept the process moving even when the transaction became complicated. I trusted her completely from the beginning, and that made buying my first home much less stressful. I'm incredibly grateful and recommend her to everyone looking for a true real estate expert in Pennsylvania. My American dream started with Shorena.

Shorena is no ordinary realtor. Does she possess extensive knowledge about the Pocono Real Estate market? Of Course. Does she explain the entire process in exacting detail? Yes. Does she negotiate to get you the best possible outcome? You bet! But what separates Shorena from most is simple: She truly CARES. She cares about her clients and their family. She cares about her community. She cares about making sure that her clients find the right home and community for them. Shorena was recommended to us by a friend when my family was looking for a vacation home. Shorena worked with us to find out exactly what we were looking for. She provided us with invaluable information about the various lake communities to make sure we found the right one for us. If you are considering a home sale or purchase in the Poconos, hire someone who will care about you. Hire Shorena.

Shorena is very thorough and knowledgeable, Shorena took her time with us and explained all the details of what was expected from us to get our property on the market. She worked diligently with us during the process to get our property sold to a family buyer. We wanted the property to be enjoyed by a family as our family enjoyed the property and the area. Shorena was expedient with getting all the paperwork done for the property and the sale. She made it easy for to read through and understand certain aspects of the contract.. Shorena was able to obtain information and assist us with certain papers that had to be filled out for the community and the borough.
