I was new to Modesto, CA where I was planning to buy my new home and he was very knowledgeable about the city. He took his time with me, was very responsive to every call. He walked with me through the entire process. There was no call unanswered. He even sold my home at the time and he came with strategies to get it sold so we can drop the contingency off my future new home. He had open houses every weekend even though I lived over an hour away. Even after closing, he has checked in. Chris has reached out to the seller of my new home to ask any questions I?ve had about the house. Overall he was committed to me finding a new home and making this process as smooth as possible. I?ve even recommend Chris to another family member who used him as a realtor to buy her first home. She expressed the same sentiments.
