Chris was an amazing realtor. I met him at an open house and it turned out to be the best decision to use him as a realtor. I was new to Modesto, CA where I was planning to buy my new home and he was very knowledgeable about the city. He took his time with me, was very responsive to every call. He walked with me through the entire process. There was no call unanswered. He even sold my home at the time and he came with strategies to get it sold so we can drop the contingency off my future new home. He had open houses every weekend even though I lived over an hour away. Even after closing, he has checked in. Chris has reached out to the seller of my new home to ask any questions I?ve had about the house. Overall he was committed to me finding a new home and making this process as smooth as possible. I?ve even recommend Chris to another family member who used him as a realtor to buy her first home. She expressed the same sentiments.

I had been renting a room in Tracy, CA for a year while my wife and I searched for suitable home we could afford to facilitate our relocation from SoCal for my work. We tried Brentwood, Oakley, Galt, Elk Grove, Lodi, Manteca, etc. Then one day my wife was driving up once again to go house hunting and so I responded to an ad on a website. Chris Sauls calls me back. I set an appointment for him to show my wife several properties we liked the next day. I look him up and realize he is very young. No big deal, he can show my wife the homes then we when get down to serious business Ill talk to the real guy. I didnt realize it but Chris Sauls turned out to be that real guy. My wife and I have owned several homes in SoCal and still have a couple rentals we are keeping so this isnt our first rodeo. She was very impressed with Chris knowledge, professionalism, and how articulate he was. She urged me to give him a shot. I have been in construction for 25+ years and am a little rough around the edges to say the least. Throughout this deal there were times I put considerable pressure on Chris and asked him pointed questions I knew he couldnt give me the answer I wanted to hear. Not once did he lie or mislead me. Not once did he try to aEURoesellaEUR? me. He demonstrated knowledge and skill in negotiations well beyond his years. He even recommended home inspection and repair people since I had zero contacts in the area. His referrals were excellent as well. If you are in the market to sell or purchase a home.
