Yet to see negotiation skills as we have not had any prospective buyers. Our home is unique to say the least. It is 20x20 and 4 stories high. We are located in rural/recreational area surrounded by beautiful lakes and mountains but we are in the middle of a major drought and wild=fire season. I first met Kim Medeiros in 2015. She helped me buying my first house. 2022, I asked her to help me selling that same house. I both experience Kim expertise as buyer and seller agent.
