Plowman Realty Group

As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Lucas Trimmer. From the very beginning, he brought a level of patience, optimism, and professionalism that made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and even enjoyable. I ended up purchasing a short sale home in Auburn, Maine, which came with its fair share of complexities and a lengthy closing process that stretched nearly four months. Throughout it all, Lucas never wavered. He remained consistently supportive, communicative, and reassuring--always keeping me informed and confident every step of the way. What stood out most was his willingness to take the time to explain things clearly, answer every question (no matter how small), and advocate on my behalf. As someone new to the homebuying process, that made all the difference. I'm incredibly grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend Lucas to anyone--especially first-time buyers looking for someone who truly has their best interests at heart.

Hard worker. Great Service.

Lucas was an amazing real estate agent! He helped us buy our first house and made everything easy to understand. He was kind, patient, and always answered our questions. We felt like he really cared about helping us find the right home. We are so happy and thankful for all his help!

What really stands out with Lucas is his work ethic and commitment. He consistently puts in the extra effort to ensure nothing is overlooked, it makes the entire process feel stress-free and well-managed. You can tell he cares deeply about his clients and takes pride in what he does. If you're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and always there when you need him, I highly recommend working with Lucas!

Lucas was extremely fast and knowledgeable, if anyone needs to sell their house quickly and for the amount you want I would highly recommend.
