PLG Inc.

I was HIGHLY impressed with Peter and The Lorimer group. Peter is extremely knowledgable, dedicated, and attentive. Before we sold our home with him, Peter had detailed exactly who he thought the buyer would be. Buyer turned out to be almost that exact description! Peter had some fantastic ideas from the start! I trust him wholeheartedly. Within weeks, he sold our home. Definitely recommend!

Peter, Cindy and team have been instrumental for all our real estate needs whether we are purchasing or selling. They are knowledgeable, very efficient, aware of the market trends and above all really go an extra mile to negotiate on our behalf to get the best deal possible.

I cannot say enough about these two outstanding realtors. I both bought and sold a house through them, and the transactions were flawless. The home purchase was very intimidating for me, but the Lorimers made the experience very clear and sequential, and I immediately felt that I was under the care of highly experienced professionals. The home sale was identical in the care they took to guide me through the process and made sure I was fully informed every step of the way. They are very strategic in their approach with no chaos or confusion at any stage while at the same time representing my position strongly. Very commendable. One thing that has impressed me most of all is that they are extraordinarily ethical. They took great care in making sure that all parties involved in both transactions were fully involved in all decisions so that everyone was treated fairly. I cannot recommend this team highly enough!!

Cindy & Peter were great to work with. They gave sage advice and helped from start to finish. Cant thank them enough for all their help finding my home

Peter and Cindy guided us through the process of both buying a new home and selling our beloved home. We couldnt be happier with the results. Was always there for us when we needed a little hand-holding but never pushed us. Always patiently explained our options and how best to achieve what we desired. Certainly worth noting in this 2021 market that they enabled us to purchase the very first house we saw and gathered 22 offers within a week of placing our home on the market. Brilliant! Cant say enough good things about Peter, Cindy and their entire team!
