We had just taken our home off the market when one Friday I got a call from an agent saying someone wanted to see our home in Palm Springs. Even though we no longer had an agent we said why not. We live in LA and we drove all the way down to Palm Springs the next morning on the chance that they may be the one. Well, they did not buy it but from the way Mary described our home to them and all that it had to offer my husband was so impressed he asked her to be our agent. She made us feel like we were her only clients. Both she and Meda Thompson were such a great team making sure we were always on track and anytime we had questions were there to answer or if needed, got back to us right away. Our last weekend in our home Mary took us to see some potential new homes and we found the perfect one! Mary went above and beyond to help us get our home. She is honest and hard working. When you're buying a house, your broker can either be a helpful facilitator or just one more problem to deal with. Happily, Judi is unquestionably in the first camp. Judi found the exact place I was hoping for in three days. She listened carefully when I described what I was interested in, and acted as a valuable filter at a time when there was a ton of stuff available in my price range. She never wasted my time showing properties that weren't viable candidates. Once we found the perfect place, Judi successfully advised me in the negotiations, which - with her facilitation - were amicable and helped land this great house. She also provided an introduction to a great loan broker, who was able to facilitate a very reasonable loan under complicated (my finances) circumstances. Finally, Judi's just a really decent, delightful person. She manages to be professional and great company at the same time. I would recommend her without reservation.

Mary started working with our family as the housing market in the desert began to turn into an extremely competitive landscape. She diligently worked with us day and night to help us find the perfect home for our family. Mary not only listened to our wants and needs, but she persistently checked the market and honored any requests for showings that we had in a timely manner. We never missed an opportunity to put in an offer on a house, which ended up being at least 9 during this whole process with at least 30+ showings! It was a very emotional process, but we had complete confidence that Mary would help us find a home.
