Platinum Real Estate Professionals

Kristina is who I'd send any friend to, no question. Buying 26 Via Vasari in Lake Las Vegas from out of state with financing hiccups along the way could have been a mess, but she knew the market, handled everything, and kept me calm the whole way through.

We recently purchased a second home in Lake Las Vegas in the Tramonto Condo community, and we couldnt have asked for a better experience working with Kristina Allan. Her knowledge of Lake Las Vegas is exceptional. Kristina was responsive, thorough, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She guided us through negotiations, and made sure every detail was handled from contract through closing. Since we dont live in Las Vegas full-time, having someone local whom we could completely trust was extremely important. We absolutely love our new place at Lake Las Vegas and would highly recommend Kristina to anyone looking for a primary residence, vacation home, or second home in the community.

Kristina is the BEST. She helped us every step of the way with our move from Michigan to Henderson. She is extremely knowledgeable and cares about her clients. She is a go getter and will go the extra mile to help her clients connect with the resources they need. I highly recommend Kristina for all of your real estate needs.
