Platinum Real estate

Sam was great. He walked me thru the while process. As a new business owner, he helped me tremendously. I had never paid cash for a house before and the process was different than I had known. He was very helpful not only in completing the sale, but showing me some information on being a business owner and the steps I needed to complete.

I've been buying and selling homes for over 20yrs now... And of all my experiences with realtor, hands down Sam was the greatest, most professional realtor I've worked with .

Worked with me for years. was very patient and helped me secure my home. Highly recommend to all. It was a pleasure working with him. Don't hesitate to give him a call. Answers his phone day or night. Always ready to show a property. Very good at placing offers swiftly and even better at negotiating

Sam was great to work with! He has a lot of knowledge about the area, codes, housing structures, etc.. Hes also very personable & responsive. As a plus, he has many contacts for any remodeling needed to be done as well & is happy to connect you with them. Would recommend him to everyone!

I couldnt recommend Sam enough! He made the entire home-buying process feel easy, straightforward, and stress-free from start to finish. His communication was by far one of the best things about working with him. He was always responsive, kept me informed, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. I never felt pressured or like I was just another transaction. He genuinely had my best interests in mind and made buying a house feel much easier than I expected. I'm extremely grateful for everything he did to help me get into my home, and I plan on using him for life for any future real estate needs. If youre looking for someone who is trustworthy, communicative, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his clients, I highly recommend Sam!
